We deliver gifts, cakes, flowers, groceries to all cities of Bangladesh except Khagrasori and Bandarban. Some products such as Sharee, Panjabi are available for international shipping via EMS.
All of our services are delivered in-person by our own trained and trusted delivery man. All of our staff carry company issued photo ID. We do not use third party courier service to delivery any gift in Bangladesh.
Delivery to Dhaka metro area and Mobile Recharge to any number in Bangladesh are free. Our head office and operation center is at Dhanmondi, Dhaka and we do not have any other branch at the moment. All gift items and flowers are shipped from Dhaka if the order is for other cities. For deliveries to outside of Dhaka, delivery charge will be added during checkout. Single charge is applicable to an order and it doesn't matter how many products you have in an order. Delivery charges for all district cities of Bangladesh are:
Yes, only Dress/Sharee and Books are available for international delivery via EMS. Usually it takes 5-7 days to arrive at your address. It may take longer depending on destination country. We will provide EMS tracking information once the item is shipped. EMS items can be tracked on Bangladesh Post's website.
UpoharBD delivers gifts, flowers, cakes, food items in all cities of Bangladesh from 6 am in the morning to 9 pm at night. You will have the option to select your preferred gift delivery time at checkout.
You will have the option at checkout to select your preferred delivery date and time. Gift delivery time for Bangladesh is divided into time windows i.e. Before 8 am, in between 9 to 11 am etc. to ensure your gift is delivered in-time despite any traffic jam or bad weather. Delivery times of some items are dependent on the opening time of supplier, for example Pizza Hut products are available after 11 am due to their opening time.
You will have the option to select Yes or No for 'Call Before Delivery' at checkout. We will call the recipient in your given phone number if you select 'Yes'. We will let them know when we are scheduled to deliver the gift. It is safe to select 'Yes' for call if you want the addressed recipient to receive the gift.
We will not call the recipient if you select 'NO' at checkout. In that case, we will go to your given delivery address at your preferred delivery time to surprise the recipient. We will leave the gift with available person at delivery address if addressed person is not there at that time.
You will have the option at checkout to provide cake wish.
It is free and you don't have to order it! We add one high quality greetings card per order for free. At checkout, you will have to select gift occasion and your relation with the gift recipient. We will choose and add a suitable greetings card with your order according to that selection. You will also have the option to provide greetings card wish at checkout. You can either type your card wish in English or Bangla.
Quality of presents and overall service is our prime concern. To maintain it, we provide free greetings card, a bunch of 5 red roses, a greetings card, photo confirmation of your gift and recipient with every order. Also you will receive our warm customer service as you require. You may want to send a cake only on someone's birthday but the combination of our complementary items makes the gift more presentable.
The earlier you place the order, the better it is for us to organize it and add it to our schedule. We recommend our customers to place their orders 36 hours prior to the delivery time. But we understand that you may need to send a gift today, and we have designed our inventory and checkout to allow same day / urgent orders in Dhaka, Bangladesh. You can place same day / urgent order until 4 pm Dhaka time. Mobile recharge is available from 10 am to 7 pm, Dhaka time.

Yes we can. Recipient can either come to UpoharBD.com office at Lalmatia, Dhaka. Or we can call him/her to organize a pick-up point. Pick-up is available from public place i.e. shopping mall, university.
We will contact you and try to find a suitable time to deliver the gift as soon as possible. We may make a decision to expedite a gift delivery in Bangladesh if there is not enough time or not enough options based on actual situation in the field.
